Is it really free to claim my center?
Yes. Claiming your listing on the Basic plan is free with no time limit and no credit card. You can keep your contact details, address and description accurate and reply to reviews.
My center is already on Treatment Angel. How do I claim it?
Start typing your center's name on the sign-up page and pick it from the list. Confirm your email and you're in. Our team reviews every claim and will contact you if anything needs checking.
My center isn't listed. Can I add it?
Yes. If your center doesn't come up in the search, choose "Add it as a new center", fill in the address, then finish your profile from your dashboard.
How do paid plans work?
Plus, Pro and Premier are a flat monthly price per location and run for one year at a time. Pick a plan when you sign up or later from your dashboard. It starts as soon as your center is verified, and our team will contact you about billing and help set up your profile.
What does verification involve?
Paid plans are for real, licensed treatment providers, so we check three things: a photo ID of the owner or an authorized manager, your business registration, and your state license. You upload them from your dashboard; they stay private and never appear on your listing. Most centers are verified within one business day. Verified paid centers show a "Verified" check and rank above unverified ones.
Why can't I select every substance or program?
Each plan lists a set number of options per category (up to 3 on Basic, 5 on Plus, 10 on Pro and 20 on Premier). That keeps search results accurate and shows people a mix of centers, so pick the substances, settings and programs that best describe your core care.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
You can change plans from your dashboard at any time, and new features turn on right away. Paid plans run for a year; you can renew from your dashboard in the last 60 days before the end date.
What does priority placement mean?
Search results are ordered by plan first (Premier, then Pro, then Plus, then free listings), then verified and claimed centers before unclaimed ones, then by reviews. Pro and Premier can also show up in searches for nearby markets you choose (1 on Pro, up to 3 on Premier).
Do you charge per lead or per call?
No. Every plan is a flat monthly price. Calls, inquiries and website visits that come from your listing are yours with no extra fee.
We have several locations. How is that priced?
Each location has its own listing and its own plan. Contact us for multi-location pricing.
